All-new feature will enhance accuracy and assist in decision making
Carlsbad based ACD, a leading auto claims technology, decision support, advisory and service network aggregator to the property and casualty industry today announced the release of AI-powered Advanced Damage Detection technology embedded within the company’s leading claims workflow platform, AutoLink™.
AutoLink’s built-in AI engine now empowers insurers, desk auditors and estimators with the capability of damage detection in all types of vehicle losses. The technology works with traditional appraisals, ACD’s Self(ie)™ photo estimating app and desk reviews. The ability to highlight and bring visual cues to quality control teams and appraisers will greatly enhance accuracy and assist in decision making.
“We’re really excited to release this new feature in AutoLink™ and we think our clients are going to love it,” stated ACD’s CEO Ernie Bray. “Our goal was to deliver an AI solution that adds value to our clients on a daily basis. Our damage detection capabilities set ACD apart in the industry and can significantly enhance decision support, accuracy and speed to file closure. Advanced Damage Detection technology is the first of many exciting developments our team has been hard at work designing in our ACD Labs division. We are continually looking to add more features, automation and AI to provide a straight-through material damage claims process,” added Bray.
ACD’s AI technology will be rolling out with current subscribers and will be fully available to new clients in mid-November.
